Setting Out the Phones Prior to Installation
Prior to our engineer’s visit, kindly place each phone in the correct position. To determine which phone goes in which location, follow these steps:
Unique MAC Code: Each phone has a unique MAC code, which can be found on both the phone itself and its packaging. (See photos below.)
Extension List: Log in to your domain and click the subheading devices. Select the optional columns dropdown on the right-hand side (please refer to the image below) and select MAC Address which will show your list of MAC Codes.
Placement: Match up the MAC code on your phone/ box with the MAC code on your domain (example shown below). Place each phone in the correct location, ensuring it is within 1 meter of the designated port.
Installation: During installation, our engineer will guide you through the process of connecting the phones.
